5. types of power

This page will describe the 4 different types of power in the gov't.

The 4 types of power are-

         1.Enumerated power

         2.Reserved power

         3.Concurrent power

               and

         4.Implied power

What did each power do well lets find out.

1.Enumerated-This power belongrd to only the fedral gov't. The power they had let them coin money, regulate trade (forign and interstate), matian a armed force, and create fedral courts.

2.Reserved- This is the power that is reserved by the states. The power let them establish schools, pass marige laws, and regulate trade within the state.

3.Concurrent- This power is shared between the state and fedral gov't. The power let them raise taxes, borrow money, and provide public welfare.

4.Implied-This was power that was specifically defined by the constitution. (congressinal power)

What power would you want? Well i can tell you what powers i would want. I would want the Enumerated and Reserved powers. I would want these powers because-you could do all the things i talked about on the left side of thi page. We could have schools, get married, have courts, be in a army, and we could regulate trade both in state and forign.
