8. the 3 branches of goverment

There are three branches of govt. and they are called 1-executive, 2-leguslative, and 3-judical. Each branch has a job and a important role in gov't. all branches are also equal one is not more powerful than the other. 

There is three branches of gov't. Each branch has a job and a ipotant role in gov't.
1.Executive-This is the first branch.
2.Legislative-This is the second branch.
3.Judical-This is the third and final branch.

What does each branch do? Well i'm here to tell you.
1.Executive-The president runs this branch. The president makes the final decision. This means he can pass or veto the law. But how is this? Well that leads into our next branch.
2.Legislative-This branch is runned by the congress.the brach is split into 2 sides,1.-The house of repersentatives and 2.-The Senate. When one side makes a law it moves on to the other side.This side has two chosies they can  either agree or disagree. If this side disagrees then the law is sent back to the original siede, but if they agree then the law is sent to the president for the final decission.
3.Judical-This branch is ran by the Surpreme court.
First a case will go to the District Court for its hearing if involving a fedral law. After the hearing it will move to the Appeals Court to be revied. Finally the case goes to the Judical Review, which will review the case for the final time and determine if it's constitutinal or not.
