1.This admendmen garentees basic rights of relgion and speech.

2.This amendment garentees the due process of law and this is to give us the right of life,liberty,property,and the pursuit of happiness. 

3.This amendment garentees the trial rights and this says you get a speedy trial and a impartial jury.

4.This amendment garentees a jury trial, this one says that you can go to jury if the case deals with a common law.

5.This amendment garentees protected rights. this says that  you are ensured all the rights you are given and protects you against the 4th,8th,and the 2nd amendments.

6.This amendment garentees protectness of rights and unreasonable searches.

                 and

7.This amendment garentees ensurence of your rights, this says that all your rights are protected.

   I think that the 2 amendments necessary for a democracy is the  1st and the 5th amendment. The 2 amendments that I think that I could live without are the   and the 4th and the 7th amendment.
